WOODY CREEK GINGER BOURBON HIGHBALL

A flavorful twist on a classic whiskey highball cocktail. Refreshing and easy drinking with a zesty bite.

  • 1.5 oz Woody Creek Bourbon Whiskey
  • 3 oz Ginger beer
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • Measure and add bourbon and bitters to a highball glass with ice, stir until chilled; top with ginger beer, stir gently and serve

SPICY MEZCAL MARGARITA

A margarita variation, with a kick! This version utilizes a wild, smokeless mezcal to bring out bright green pepper notes coveted in a spicy margarita.

  • 2 oz Mezcal Metiche
  • 1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Agave syrup
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • Dash of spicy bitters
  • Measure and add all ingredients except lime wedge to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled; strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, then garnish with lime wedge and serve

EL PINTOR TEQUILA MARGARITA

A refreshing spin on a classic Martini. With aromas of citrus and ripe fruit, your taste buds will be transported to a place of relaxation; follow their lead.

  • 2 oz El Pintor Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Sweet white vermouth
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • Lemon peel
  • Measure and add all ingredients except lemon peel to a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled; strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon peel

MONTE PYTHON

A one-of-a-kind savory riff on a spirit forward cocktail that traditionally calls for whiskey. This recipe features two un-aged Latin spirits with the quality and complexity to rival the classic version.

  • 3/4 oz Capurro Pisco Acholado
  • 3/4 oz El Mero Mero Mezcal Espadin
  • 1/2 oz Orange liqueur
  • 1/4 oz demerara syrup
  • Dash of bitters
  • Pinch of salt
  • Measure and add all ingredients except orange peel to a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled; strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, garnish with orange peel and serve

SWEDISH NEGRONI

This twist on a classic gin cocktail uses a bright and herbaceous Swedish aquavit to create a more textured balance of bitter and sweet.

  • 1 oz Åhus Akvavit
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth
  • Orange peel
  • Measure and add all ingredients except orange peel to a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled; strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with orange peel, then serve

  • 2 oz Capurro Pisco Acholado
  • 3/4 oz Pineapple gum syrup
  • 3/4 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Lemon peel
  • Measure and add all ingredients except lemon peel to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled; strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with lemon peel, then serve

BEE'S KNEES

The phrase “bee’s knees” was prohibition-era slang for “the best.” The classic gin cocktail that emerged from the era is given new depth using this unique barrel aged gin to add layers of minerality.

  • 2 oz Bimini Barrel Gin
  • 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Honey
  • Lemon peel
  • Measure and add all ingredients except lemon peel to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled; strain into a coupe glass with fresh ice, garnish with lemon peel and serve

MEZCAL PALOMA

One of the national drinks of Mexico, this thirst-quenching cocktail is an agave lover’s staple. Refreshing, simple, and perfectly satisfying.

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal Legendario Domingo Espadin
  • 1 oz Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 3 oz Soda water
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • Salt
  • To rim the glass, pour salt onto a plate. Rub the rim of the glass with the lime wedge and then dip the rim into the salt, spin slowly until the rim is lightly coated in salt
  • Measure and add mezcal and grapefruit juice to a highball glass with ice, stir gently until chilled; top with soda water and a squeeze of fresh lime, stir gently and serve

SAISON RUM DAIQUIRI

The daiquiri is the simplest and purest form of a cocktail, showcasing the perfect balance of strong, sweet, and sour. In simplicity, quality is imperative, but variation is easy. Try different offerings from the Saison Rum line to find your favorite.

  • 2 oz Saison Pale Rum
  • 3/4 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 oz demerara syrup
