- TASTING NOTES: Very smooth and velvety; almost buttery. A dense, classic mixture of prunes, figs and cocoa again. Belgian pear syrup. It shows the same kind of lemon note but it’s almost completely overrun by sticky sweetness. A slightly pinch of pepper in the finish.
