This opulent Chardonnay has a deep, full mouthfeel, balanced acidity and a long, smooth lingering finish.
INFO: This is a Chardonnay from Arroyo Seco, Monterey on the Central Coast here in California. As is typical with most chardonnays, it pairs wonderfully with fish, cheese, poultry, seasoned pork dishes and vegetables. This is a very rich, balanced model of the Arroyo Seco appellation, and is a very diverse white wine.
