ABOUT: The nose is complex, and offers herbal aromas of grass, apple, light oak, light brown sugar, mild oak, and some faint ethanol, while the palate starts of with heavy cinnamon, baking spice, old oak, and dark brown sugar that quickly turn up the heat as it moves to the spicy finish bearing cinnamon, spicy red pepper, black pepper and mild oak as it carries a dry character to it through the tasting.
