Rosé Wines

Caught in between whites and reds, rosés are made from red-skinned grapes, however the clear juice is only allowed contact with the red skins for a very short period of time. This gives it that natural light blush, pinkish hue that people have come to love. Typically served chilled, rosés are an excellent evening closer.
