- TASTING NOTES: A joyful celebration of all five Bordeaux varietals. Lush black plum, cassis, and cherry aromas intermingle with earthy cinnamon, nutmeg, and cedar with just a touch of vanilla. Round and full, it's lovely fruit lasts all the way through to a long finish.
- INFO: Twenty-five days of maceration maximized color and flavor extraction and polished the tannins for a lush, round mouthfeel. The new wine was transferred to 60-gallon French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and 24 months of aging to develop greater roundness and depth. The wine was bottled in late 2019.
