Refunds & Returns

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must go through our support and management team for authorization and verification of all information. You may contact us at any time regarding your return via email at support@parkblvdliquor.com to begin the process or check on the status of a return or exchange.

Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your your item have been delivered, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges are not given unless the product is defective, incorrect, more than 7 days past the estimated delivery date, or the product has spoiled due to chemical or temperate conditions. No refunds or exchanges are given for alcohol products due to lack of satisfaction, or if the alcoholic spirit fails to meet the expectation of the purchaser.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that it was shipped in. The purchaser assumes all liability for the product(s) once the package(s) have been delivered in good condition. Any and all return shipping costs are assumed by the customer, and no financial liability shall fall on Park Boulevard Liquor to assume any financial responsibility for the return shipping on any items, regardless of their condition.

Please be aware that damaged items, or items that have been physically damaged during shipping are not eligible for monetary return; however, on items that have been damaged prior to shipping, or items that have been incorrectly shipped that do not match the item ordered, then exchanges will be issued to the customer at no additional charge.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Typically, we have this information already stored in our system. However, upon request, we may ask the customer for information at any time to either verify or supplement the information that we have. Any lost receipts, fraudulent purchases or orders involving canceled payments are only eligible for returns or exchanges at the business owner's discretion. Please do not send your purchase back to the product's manufacturer.

Any items that are deemed or labeled as "clearance" items or "sale" items are not subject to return or exchange at any time, for any reason unless damaged prior to arrival via the carrier. Any and all returns or exchanges, damaged or not, on "clearance" or "sale" items are entirely at the discretion of management.


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@parkblvdliquor.com.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Park Boulevard Liquor & Deli, 4504 Park Blvd, San Diego CA 92116, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should the purchaser choose to have Park Boulevard Liquor pay for the return shipping costs, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the purchaser's gross refund amount. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please check the shipping and tracking site(s) to locate your package(s) and determine the status or your order. Park Boulevard Liquor uses various shipping carriers. The carrier for the customer will be displayed in their checkout window. All of Park Boulevard Liquor's shipping services include online tracking as well as up to $100.00 in insurance per product.

Please be aware that we are located in San Diego, California. If you are located outside the local area, additional service fees may be charged to you by your phone provider.
