Transpirits Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Transpirits' order processing time is separate from the professional carrier delivery times.

Transpirits is not liable for potential delays due to high volume of orders, issues with assigned and/or selected carriers, or postal service issues that are beyond our control.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All options for shipping and delivery will be shown at the checkout screen. Customers may opt for the type of shipping they wish to use, and pay for that service accordingly. All shipping charges are set by the carrier, and cannot be altered or changed by Transpirits at any time. Any discount codes that are issued to the customer for "FREE SHIPPING" is a means for Transpirits to pay for the shipping cost instead of the customer. All shipping costs are applied to every order that has a professional shipping or carrier service assigned to that order.

Any and all "FREE SHIPPING" will be limited to items in inventory. Products and items that are canned, or that are packaged in metal or glass containers in multiple packs are not eligible for discounted or free shipping. All discounted and free shipping is limited to all products that are 375 milliliters in volume or larger, and all products must be in glass or plastic bottles that are sold individually. Transpirits reserves the right to adjust or waive this policy at any time.

Currently, Transpirits does not offer international shipping. All shipping of products is limited to the continental United States, excluding Hawaii. Any and all products that are shipped to Alaska will incur additional fees.

No refunds or returns will be issues for orders containing alcoholic beverages of any kind. By lay, once an alcoholic product has left our store or warehouse, it cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or broken during shipment or delivery. Any broken or damaged items received by the customer will be replaced at the discretion of the owner or general manager of Transpirits. Refunds for items are provided for completely damaged items, incorrect products sent, or missing items from the order. All items being replaced or refunded are required to be returned to Transpirits, at no cost to the customer if approved, and the replacement or correct items will be sent back to the customer at no cost as well. Items and products from any order that are no approved for replacement or refund are no subject to free shipping covered by Transpirits.

The status of any order, via tracking, can be done directly on the homepage of Transpirits. The customer may click on the link at the end of the main menu, then enter the tracking number to locate the package and find information regarding the status of that particular package. Transpirits does not charge for tracking of package from our site. Additionally, when you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent with a link to track your package.

Transpirits does not ship to any P.O. Boxes of any kind. Orders can only be shipped to dedicated addresses; i.e.- home residences, business offices, government offices, institutions, and other locations with complete addresses.
