ABOUT: Pours a lightly hazy, medium golden amber with a fine, one finger white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of lightly citrus and dank hops, passion fruit, white wine; spicy. Flavor is typical Nelson Sauvin hops, pale malt, grapes, melon, white wine, a little dankness. Nice bitterness with residual white grape and melon finish. Medium bodied with light creaminess. This was a well made example of this New Zealand hop, showing off its white vinous and berry/melon notes. (- Liquid Amber, Washington)
