INFO: It was first produced all the way back in 1874 in New Orleans by bartender Martin Wilkes Heron, combining classic whiskey notes with the fruity freshness of peaches. Today, Southern Comfort is rated as roughly the 50th most popular spirit in the world out of 100 on TasteAtlas.com in 2020. It's made with American grain spirit and peaches and tastes great with traditional lemonade, or with vodka, orange & grenadine: the 'Alabama Slammer'.
