Casamigos Margarita Menu

CASAMIGOS MARGARITA LIGHT

  • 2 oz Casamigos Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh agave nectar
  • 2 Dashes orange bitters
  • Garnish with an orange wheel
  • Shake vigorously in shaker with ice for 8-10 seconds
  • Serve on the rocks

PRICKLY PEAR MARGARITA

  • 2 oz Casamigos Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Prickly pear puree
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 2 Dashes orange bitters
  • Garnish with lime wheel
  • Shake together in tin shaker with ice and fine strain in glass with ice

SMOKY CASA MARGARITA

  • 2 oz Casamigos Mezcal
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Agave nectar
  • 2 Dashes orange bitters
  • Garnish with a flamed orange peel
  • Combine all ingredients together and shake well
  • Pour into glass and add fresh ice, then garnish

ROASTED BELL MARGARITA

  • 2 oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 2 Slices roasted red bell pepper
  • 2 Serrano slices
  • 8-10 Cilantro leaves
  • Combine all ingredients into a shaker, muddle all fruit and herbs
  • Add ice and shake vigorously then strain into rimmed glass on the rocks
  • Garnish with 2 roasted red bell pepper slices, lemon slice through skewer and cilantro leaf over the top

ALOE VERA MARGARITA

  • 2 oz Casamigos Tequila Blanco
  • 1.5 oz Aloe Vera juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Aloe Vera infused syrup*
  • Combine all ingredients in shaker and add ice, shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds then pour into glass over ice
  • Garnish with fresh cut Aloe Vera leaf

*To create Aloe Vera infused syrup:

Bring 12 cups of water to boil in large saucepan. Infuse fresh peeled Aloe Vera. Bring to simmer. Let soak for 20-25 min. Fine strain into another large saucepan. Add 12 cups of sugar and bring to boil. Stir until fully dissolved. Let cool. Store in sealed container and refrigerate. Good for 3-4 weeks.

WATERMELON MINT MARGARITA

  • 1.5 oz Casamigos Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 4 Watermelon chunks (approximately 1" in size)
  • 8-10 Mint leaves
  • 2 Dashes Peychauds bitters
  • Combine all ingredients in shaker and muddle the fruit and herbs, then add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds
  • Fine strain into a rocks glass, add ice and garnish with mint sprig and watermelon chunk through a skewer

SPICY CARROT CILANTRO MARGARITA

  • 1 oz Casamigos Mezcal
  • 1 oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Carrot juice
  • 0.5 Lemon juice
  • 0.5 Simple syrup
  • 2 Serrano slices
  • 8-10 Cilantro leaves
  • Cayenne salt
  • Combine all ingredients into shaker, muddle the herbs and Serrano then strain into a rocks glass
  • Add cubed ice, then top off with pebble (or crushed) ice and garnish cilantro leaf and carrot peel then sprinkle cayenne salt across the entire top
