AROMA: Molasses and maple syrup; longer whiffs will yield ethanol fumes
TASTE: Rich flavors of dark, stone fruit, smoky wood, burnt cane, treacle and brown spice
FINISH: Add a few drop of water to open sweetness and slight tones of charred fruit and wood that slowly fade; no water could scorch the palate due to high alcohol content - best to tame the fire with water first
