Infuse Spirits Cocktails
BLOODY MARY
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Mango Habanero Vodka
- 0.25 oz Lemon juice
- 2.5 oz Tomato juice
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of celery salt & fresh horseradish
- Cracked black pepper
- Serve in a highball glass
BOURBON BERRY PUNCH
- 1.5 oz Broken Barrel Infuse Bourbon
- 2.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 6 to 8 Blackberries
- 1 Dash orange bitters
- Muddle the blackberries in a shaker, add ingredients
- Serve in decorative glass over ice
GINGER LEMON DROP
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Lemon Vodka
- 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Ginger liqueur
- Dash of Infuse Ginger Bitters
- Serve in a lowball glass with sugared rim
CINNAMON SUNSET
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Cinnamon Apple Vodka
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- Sunken pour of grenadine syrup
- Serve in a martini glass with an orange peel
THE ORLANDO
- 1.75 oz Infuse Spirits Peach Vodka
- 2.5 oz Red grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz Triple Sec liqueur
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Dash of Infuse Aromatic Bourbon Bitters
- Serve in a lowball glass over ice
MAIN STREET MULE
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Original Vodka
- 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz Vanilla liqueur
- 2 oz Ginger beer
- Serve in a copper mug over ice
BASIL BOURBON LEMONDROP
- 1.5 oz Broken Barrel Infuse Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- Ginger beer to taste
- Fresh basil leaves
- Lemon slice
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine bourbon, simple syrup, lemon juice and basil leaves
- When chilled, strain into a coupe glass and add ginger beer to taste
- Garnish with lemon slice and additional basil leaves
STEVE JOBS
- 2 oz Infuse Spirits Cinnamon Apple Vodka
- Dash of Infuse Spirits Cassia Bark Bitters
- 1.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- Splash of simple syrup
- Serve in a martini glass with lemon peel
PALOMA
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Grapefruit Vodka
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 3 oz Grapefruit juice
- Mix all ingredients together and serve on the rocks
SPICY MANGO VODKA-RITA
- 1 oz Infuse Spirits Mango Habanero Vodka
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- Mix all ingredients together and serve in a margarita glass with salted rim and lime slice
PEACH GREYHOUND
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Peach Vodka
- 2.5 oz Grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 1 Dash Infuse Cardamom Bitters
- Shake well and serve in a chilled glass, near or on the rocks
- Garnish with seasonal berries
TUNISIAN COFFEE
- 3 dashes Infuse Cardamom Bitters
- 2 dashes Infuse Clove Bitters
- 4 oz Milk
- 3 oz Espresso
- Add bitters to milk and foam
- Spoon infused foam over espresso and serve
CINN-APPLE COFFEE
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Cinnamon Apple Vodka
- 1.5 oz Kahlua liqueur
- 2.5 oz Fresh coffee
- Dash of Infuse Clove Bitters
- Stir well, starting at room temperature with all ingredients
- Add the bitters last
NEGRONI FIZZ
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Lemon Vodka
- 0.5 oz Egg whites
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth
- 1 oz Gran Classico (Amaro)
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- Shake vigorously and serve in a coupe glass
- Garnish with a sage leaf
MANGO MARY
- 2 oz Infuse Spirits Mango Habanero Vodka
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 3 oz Tomato juice
- 8 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Horseradish
- Pinch of celery salt
- Shake well, pour into glass over ice
- Garnish with a slice of lemon, pearl onion, olives or celery stalk
ROSEMARY OLD FASHIONED
- 2.5 oz Broken Barrel Infuse Bourbon
- 2 drops Infuse Sassafras Bitters
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 1 Sugar cube
- Drop the bitters over the sugar cube and muddle down
- Add lemon, bourbon and ice then stir until mixed
- Garnish with burnt orange peel
SUMMER SOIREE
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Original Vodka
- 2.5 oz Strawberry puree
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Ginger liqueur
- 1 Dash Infuse Cardamom Bitters
- Shake well and serve into a chilled glass
CARAMEL APPLE MULE
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Cinnamon Apple Vodka
- 0.5 oz Vanilla liqueur
- 2.5 oz Ginger beer
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Melted caramel
- Shake vanilla, vodka and lime juice and pour over ice
- Top off with the ginger beer
- Rim the glass with the melted/liquid caramel
JINGLE ALL THE WAY
- 1.5 oz Infuse Spirits Lemon Vodka
- 2.5 oz Cranberry juice
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Dry vermouth
- Shake well and serve over ice
- Garnish with plenty of cranberries
