TASTING NOTES: Batch 54 grants a full range of stone fruit, from candied apricot to Bing cherry, alongside luscious berries. The mid-palate reveals sultry hints of grilled meats, plowed earth, star anise and a hint of black cardamom. On the finish, our unique bourbon-barrel aging process lent a bruleéd caramel warmth to the wine, giving it greater depth and character.
