TASTE: Stewed apples, sultanas, chocolate, honey, followed by piney notes,
FINISH: Medium length with some sweetness and spice that fade
INFO: Part of the 2017 Diageo Special Releases, and this is the oldest Caol Ila yet to be released as part of the series. Caol Ila only produce a batch made from unpeated malt once a year which makes such expressions rather limited.
